By purchasing, installing, or using any Soleil Shift product ("Product"), including but not limited to Shift Locks, wheel kits, supermoto wheels, tires, brake rotors, sprockets, chains, titanium hardware, forks, lighting products, battery chargers, wiring harnesses, light mounts, battery accessories, replacement parts, apparel, decals, key tags, wristbands, and any other aftermarket parts or accessories sold by Soleil Shift, you ("User") agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not purchase, install, or use the Product.

1. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

All Soleil Shift Products are designed for aftermarket customization and may not be legal for on-road use in all jurisdictions. It is the User’s sole responsibility to determine and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding aftermarket components.

Soleil Shift, its owners, affiliates, partners, and distributors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, death, or loss that results from the purchase, installation, or use of any Product.

Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

2. NO LIABILITY FOR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR MODIFICATION

Our Products are intended for competent users or professionals familiar with mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the Product’s intended design immediately voids any warranty and releases Soleil Shift from all liability.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper or unsafe installation or assembly

  • Installation by unqualified individuals

  • Modifications or alterations to the Product

  • Use on incompatible vehicles

  • Racing, stunt, or high-stress applications

  • Failure to inspect, maintain, or secure the Product before use

3. SAFETY WARNING – MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

Products such as the Shift Lock, Sprocket, and Chain can alter the drivetrain performance of your vehicle. Improper setup may affect stability, handling, and safety.

Always:

  • Verify proper alignment, tension, and torque settings.

  • Check all fasteners regularly.

  • Test ride carefully after installation.

  • Have installation and inspection performed by a qualified mechanic.

Failure to follow these precautions may lead to accidents, injury, or damage.

4. SAFETY WARNING – ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS 

Soleil Shift electrical products, including battery chargers, lights, wiring harnesses, battery accessories, switches, and other electrical components, involve electrical systems that may present risks including electric shock, fire, battery damage, overheating, equipment failure, or personal injury if improperly installed or used.

Soleil Shift is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from electrical misuse, improper wiring, incompatible batteries, or environmental hazards.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleil Shift:

  • Disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;

  • Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, death, or property loss;

  • Limits total liability, in any case, to the purchase price of the Product.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing or using any Soleil Shift Product, you acknowledge that:

  • You assume all responsibility for safe installation and operation;

  • You have verified legal compliance for use in your jurisdiction;

  • You have taken all necessary precautions to prevent injury or damage;

  • You release and hold harmless Soleil Shift from any and all liability related to the use or misuse of our Products.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Soleil Shift Products are sold “AS IS” without any express or implied warranty.
Performance, fitment, or appearance may vary based on vehicle model and condition.

Soleil Shift reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
