Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Select products sold on our store are listed as preorder items and may require extended fulfillment times before shipment depending on inventory availability, inbound shipments, supplier delays, and order volume. Preorder items may require approximately 1–6+ weeks for processing and fulfillment before shipment.
• Estimated fulfillment timelines for preorder items are stated in the product descriptions of affected products. Fulfillment times may occasionally vary due to inventory delays, supplier delays, high order volume, or shipping carrier issues.
• Shipping timeframes shown at checkout refer to transit time after an order has shipped, not the processing or fulfillment timeframe before shipment.
• During busy periods, launches, holidays, or high order volume, fulfillment and shipping times may take longer than expected.
• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been packed and shipped.

SoleilShift isn’t able to reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
